Process and Medium

My newest love-affair is with digital art, where I create paintings with a stylus instead of a paintbrush. These paintings are based on many years of exploring translucent layers, and organic, ethereal shapes, that float and hover in space.

Bold shapes combine with soft, delicate ones to create a sense of depth, motion and luminosity.

My work is inspired by the organic shapes of flowers and clouds, and the patterns in nature. Each piece explores yearning, striving and unfolding, the juxtaposition of strength and delicacy in nature.

My aim is to provide a moment of beauty and respite in this busy world.
